Reopening Guidelines

Provence Salon is dedicated to bringing you a luxurious and relaxing environment. Amid COVID-19 regulations put into place by not only the state and county, but also the state Board of Barbering & Cosmetology, Provence Salon has implemented new measure to assure client and staff health and safety. Here’s what to expect when you come back

Please be expected to:

• Answer a few health questions and fill out an online waiver upon arrival
• Have your temperature taken with a touches thermometer by your stylist
• Stay in your car until your stylist is ready for you
• Please, no guests. Our waiting area has been turned into sanitation stations
• A facial covering of the mouth and nose will be REQUIRED to receive a service
• You may bring your own or we will have masks available for purchase
• At this time we will be suspending drinks and treats, please ask your stylist or a receptionist for a water bottle
• Please be expected to stay seated in the chair you are being serviced in to avoid unnecessary movement and maintain social distancing
• We have installed an air scrubber to provide the cleanest air possible for our clients and are implementing CDC & state guidelines into our daily routines, including sanitizing absolutely everything that comes into contact with our clients
